Hannah & Kevin - Moncton Wedding Photography

Here we are again! I was more than a little excited to finally get into this year's first wedding. Being in May, the weather definitely could have gone either way, but it ended up being a beautiful sunny day. Almost a little too beautiful. Luckily the bridesmaids got to get ready in a wonderfully air conditioned home.

"I like shiny things." - Something that every wedding photographer loves to hear at the beginning of the day. The camera loves shiny things, too ;)

"I'm on my way!"
"I'm at the airport."
"I'm turning around!"

After a slightly "compressed" time with the groomsmen, we headed to La Teraz in downtown Moncton for the ceremony. Under a picturesque gazebo by the poolside they said their vows in front of a small crowd of family and friends.

Then it was off to another gazebo, this one by Jones Lake, for the formal photos. The bride and groom arrived in style in a black Mustang convertible, and then it was nothing but sunshine and laughter for an hour and a half before heading back to the reception.

The ladies insisted on dipping their feet in the pool for a moment, even though it was strictly forbidden! (Okay, they asked permission first - but what good is a pool if you aren't allowed to push your cousin in when no one is looking??). Cakes were cut, flowers were tossed, and food & drinks were served by the great staff at La Teraz.

A full wedding day like that makes you realize how long its been since you've held a camera all day. It also makes you realize how long its been since you've had the privilege of joining a couple of wonderful people for the happiest day of their lives.

Thank you, Hannah & Kevin!
