I’ve known Jon for a few years, but before this day I unfortunately had yet to meet Tatiana in person (she’s not around town much). But from what I could tell, they were going to make my job pretty easy that night. As long as you’re willing to have a little fun, you’re going to get some great pictures, and it’ll be over before you know it.

Since it was looking like a great day for a sunset, I decided to go to one of my favourite spots in the city. Unfortunately when we arrived, the ducks had had their way with the place, and I’m sorry to say that there was duck poop Everywhere! Yeah, I might be ruining the mood for these pics, but that’s just a part of the story, right? Gotta stay authentic ;)

I assume they either had to hose down or burn their footwear after the shoot, but thankfully they stuck to it throughout, and we got some fantastic pictures as the sun set over the lake. It wasn’t long after this that I shot their wedding as well, so stay tuned for that one! It shouldn’t be long before it appears on the blog :)
