Naomi & Brandon's Wedding

It seems like forever ago that Naomi and Brandon got married! Well...it kindof was. All caught up in delivering images to clients for the spring and summer, I've left the blog a little bit unattended. But back in March, Naomi and Brandon, on a cold, overcast day, tied the knot at First Baptist Church in downtown Moncton. It was a short day for me, consisting of just the ceremony and a short reception followed by some family and couples photos.

I met everyone at the church, and we had just a few minutes to go, while everyone was getting boutonnierred and primped to perfection. Before we knew it, they were walking down the aisle.

One room over at the church, the hall was rustically decorated for the reception with friends and family:

After everyone got their cake (and cupcakes!), it was decided that we were going to avoid the cold and damp outside, and do our pictures in the sanctuary instead. I decided to take full advantage of those huge, beautiful, stained glass windows, and even managed to get in some silhouettes (because of course I did)! Well, it wasn't just the windows, of course...they were a pretty cute couple as well ;)

Unlike the usual 12 hour wedding day, it seemed like it was over before I knew it! Thankfully someone did take a lot of pictures to remember exactly how lovely the day was, though. ;)

Congratulations, Naomi & Brandon! I was glad to have been a part of your day. And perhaps more glad than I would readily admit that I didn't get my hands cold while doing it.
