Ashley & Rob's Engagement

Let’s have a little adventure.

We met up with Ashley and Rob for the first time at the Pointe-du-Chêne wharf in Shediac. Right from the get go I knew they weren’t looking for the same old, so we immediately started climbing on the rocks of the breakwater. Honestly, I didn’t do all that much for this shoot - for the most part I just told them to walk around the wharf and enjoy themselves, and this is what we ended up with ;)

In case you’re nervous about a photoshoot/engagement shoot, it’s often a lot simpler than you think it’s going to be. You’re much more likely to get a skinned knee than die of embarrassment/indecision. Or if you’re Katie, who was helping me out with this shoot, a skinned ankle. Sorry about that 😬

In the end, everyone survived, and even had a little fun, and the sunset over the water was just spectacular.

Soon enough their wedding photos will be up here (they already have then in their hands…I’m just behind in my blogging), and you’ll be able to get a peek into the fun we had at their wedding in PEI! Stay tuned!
