On a chilly morning in May we began our day. The whole wedding crew was getting ready to go with a variety of low key and not-so-low-key Star Wars accents. Which was only the beginning for this unique day! ;)

After everyone was prim and proper (and light sabered) we headed to the cathedral on Mountain Rd in Moncton for the main event.

I just can’t let some good gothic arches go to waste, so we had a little fun with flash photography to add some accent to the otherwise somewhat dreary light that day. And since by then it was raining, we took refuge at the Blue Cross Centre in downtown Moncton for a few romantic, and a few not so romantic photos with friends and family.

The rain stopped just as we were supposed to! We took a couple really quick photos outside nearby and then headed to the reception hall for the party. All over the place we were decked out in stars and Star Wars to keep the day’s theme going.

I of course had to take some ring photos with the props as well ;) A little romance and a little fun.

Congratulations, Melissa and Adam! It was a great day to resist The Empire… and to get married!
