Mélanie & Ben's Engagement
I see more fall colours in your immediate future...
We return to Irishtown Nature Park to take in some more of the fall foliage with Mélanie & Ben. We headed out down the main path, stopping from time to time to take in the surroundings, to take pictures, and to just generally play around. The day turned out to be pretty overcast and a bit gloomy, so I ended up using a lot of off camera flash. If you don't know what that is, that's fine. That'll just preserve the magic a little. ;)
Once we returned from the paths, they wanted to get a few shots with the third wheel (well, wheels 3-6 to be exact) of their relationship: Ben's TRD Tacoma. After a quick cuddle with the truck, we walked into the adjacent woods for a few ring pictures (and of course every other picture that could be had, because why take 10 pictures when you could take 100??). On the way back out, as is pretty typical, I said "Wait!". Since the Tacoma had gotten shined up for the occasion (or perhaps he just takes care of his truck...don't tell my dusty Civic that that's a thing), I decided to take advantage of it and get some close up shots with the ring. It's nice to capture something truly unique at each shoot. And although they didn't bring light sabres or magic wands, they did bring a shiny truck. ;)
See you both again at the wedding in August!
